This small S.F. theater company isn’t closing but ‘hibernating’

Datebook: Since December, visitors to Custom Made Theatre Company’s website have kept seeing the same thing: The world premiere of “Tiny Fires” was coming in 2023, but with no further titles listed. The static graphic didn’t bode well. Would the show really happen? Was Custom Made joining the ranks of so many other companies and venues that closed this year — PianoFight, Exit Theatre’s Eddy Street space, Bay Area Children’s Theatre, TheatreFirst, Stage Werx?
