Moulin Rouge has been my favorite musical for many years. I know, I know it's a jukebox musical but I truly love the story, it is just such a great show, from the dancing to the singers, to the set and the lighting. I pretty much love every aspect of the musical so I am very excited to see the Moulin Rouge Karaoke Pop-up. It seems like such a fun event and I truly wish I could attend. Experiences like this only add to the excitement for the musical and its story. The story of Moulin Rouge, while tragic, is a wonderful story of beauty, truth and love combined with catchy songs cleverly integrated with each other to form a cohesive song. Having this event in Times Square hosted by Beast and Butterflies is a wonderful addition to a trip to New york. I truly wish I could go.
