Although I am not necessarily anti AI I as both a person and artist am incredibly anti deep fake. An artist should be able to own their body and likeness as well as their work. Xochitl talking about the things they had experienced was heartbreaking to me as she is only 17 and this makes me wonder if any child actors are safe if rules do not change regarding AI. I am glad swifties acted when deep fakes of taylor appeared on social media and lawmakers are doing something to prevent deep fakes from becoming more prevalent in our society. I do think that this article made a good point when the author wrote about how women are often targets of these attacks. I also like that the irreparable damage done to people's reputation and confidence was mentioned in this article as once something is put out into the world it is impossible to erase that content.
