Playbill: Living Broadway legend Chita Rivera is honored with Signature Theatre's 12th Stephen Sondheim Award, recognizing individuals who have made important contributions to the American musical theatre, April 3. The Washington, D.C.-area theatre is bestowing the honor at a black-tie Gala Benefit at the Embassy of Italy, with proceeds benefiting the theatre.
