Okay first of all, how am I supposed to take anything this kid says seriously if they’re quoting him as saying “dummy dollars” it is super funny. Anyway, good for him. I think using TikTok as an avenue to get people interested in the entertainment industry is a solid move. He was just informing the people of a good opportunity but it might have a real effect on the industry if enough new people saw it. This TikTok brought attention to the benefits of joining a union and the potential advantages it can offer workers. As we know, joining a union can provide workers with increased job security, better wages and benefits, and improved working conditions. This means that union members have a stronger voice in the workplace and are more likely to receive fair compensation for their work. And hey getting paid $30 an hour to do “not much work” seems like a great trade.
