onstagepittsburgh.com: A classic night at the ballet floats you through stunning movements with flawless accompaniment. The beauty of the three acts in this performance maintained a continual strength and held palatable emotion that kept the audience wanting more.

I'm so glad that classical ballets are still a thing that companies are doing. honestly growing up the company that I danced with had somewhat of a fixation with more contemporary artistic ballets that they had made themselves. although I appreciated the creativity that it took to create pieces that looked the way that they did, I also really enjoyed when we would work on technique in class that regarded a classical piece that had already been done by thousands of people. there's something about being someone who has the understanding of a singular Classical Ballet piece that is so special to me, and getting to learn a piece that has been around for so many years is something that's really really special to me for some reason. I do love being able to create my own shape and movement with my dance but there's something about getting to take someone's artistic vision and making it my own that's so special to me
