AMERICAN THEATRE: Theatre Communications Group (TCG) has announced the recipients of the 2023 Willa Kim Costume Design Scholarship. Kaʻiukapu Baker, Claudia Brownlee, and Lia Wallfish will receive opportunities to supplement their fine arts training in hand-drawing and painting.
