The fact that Disney is going to produce a small production of Rogers: The Musical shows just how much money Disney is making. When I watched the show Hawkeye and saw this musical number in it, I couldn’t believe how seriously people were taking it. The music was well written the performance was good, but I never thought Disney would seriously consider it something to add to their parks. I thought it was a gag for the premiere of their new Marvel show, not something that we would be seeing live and in performances a year or so later. However, I am curious to see what Disney does with this musical and its storyline since it has all of the character’s storylines in it, and we already know how long Marvel movies tend to run now. I hope at least they keep it short and sweet, especially if it is a premiere musical at Disney Land. But I am intrigued by what they are going to do with this musical and if it will become something very well-known in the near future. I’ll be keeping my eyes and ears out for any more news about this in the future.

If Disney produces this musical, I may just lose my mind. I adore Marvel and practically grew up on the movies, and have vivid memories going to the theater probably 5 or 6 times to see the original Avengers when it first came out. After seeing Disney+’s new show Hawkeye and the gag of Rogers: The Musical, I figured it would one day get produced, especially with Avengers Campus in Disney’s California Adventure Park. I’m not going to lie, I feel like it would have some bangers (still while being purely satirical) . It makes me wonder how they would incorporate it into the park, would the fake characters from the musical interact with the “real” characters walking around the campus? How would they react while still keeping the story in the world? Will it be a full length production in a theater or just a few numbers in an outdoor arena?
