'Stage & Screen' Auction Raises $138,000 For The Actors Fund
www.broadwayworld.com: The Actors Fund and Doyle Auctioneers & Appraisers recently partnered with Christine Baranski on the "Stage & Screen" auction event, which raised a total of $138,625 specifically for The Fund, not including the 10% of Doyle's own profits from the rest of the sale.

Oh this was a very fun article. I think this auction is such a great was to earn money, although most normal peopledid not participate i think this is a great way to get rich people donate money. I keep looking through the catalouge and it is really impressive! Its a very hefty lineup including items from stars like Cher, Meryl Streep, Bette Midler, Carol Burnette, Dolly Parton, and Patti Lupone. I think the funniest item is the costume that Timothee Chalamet wore when he portrayed Harry Styles when he hosted Saturday Night Live earlier this year. If I had all the money in the world i would have bought Cher’s shoes, the meryl streep, better midler, and donna murphy dresses. Also the my fair lady sketch by Cecil Beaton of Audrey Hepburns hair as Eliza at the ball.
