Hamilton Producer Announces Return of #HAM4HAM Ticket Lottery
www.ticketnews.com: Hamilton is returning to Broadway this month, and so is the popular #HAM4HAM ticket lottery, producer Jeffrey Seller announced this week. A limited number of $10 tickets will be available through the lottery for each performance, a celebrated feature from the record-shattering musical’s original run that began in 2015.

It's so exciting seeing that ticket lotteries will also be making a comeback! I don’t think anyone would be upset if Broadway shows would want to wait a year or so before bringing back ticket lotteries in an attempt to gain more income before giving away free or low-priced seats. It’s really beautiful to see that even though this community has suffered and lost so much during this pandemic, that Broadway will still be giving out free or low-priced opportunities to those who wanted to see the shows but can’t afford regular prices. I wonder what other shows will follow in Hamilton’s footsteps with bringing back the lottery, most likely well-established ones like Wicked and Chicago that don’t necessarily need to pinch every penny. While shows that were only just able to stay around during the pandemic might need some more time before rolling out lotteries. I know a handful of people that rely on lotteries to see shows, so it's so amazing to see them back
