From classroom to credits
befores & afters: Coming from a film background, Hod always felt drawn to compositing – it relates directly to the shot as a whole. Compositors have a lot of impact on how the final image will look and the idea that you can take images from different sources and blend them seamlessly together was a draw.

I think this is really awesome because it shows how many different types of education and educational programs there are. I think especially when it comes to the arts it's very easy to get stuck in this mindset of needing a BFA and you need to go to a four year college when that really isn't the case for a lot of people. While it’s an incredible opportunity to go to a four-year University, it's also really expensive and the process for getting in can be extremely competitive, so it's really great to highlight other options people can take. I also think there's something to be said about trying to highlight these programs more now than ever because of how expensive schools are getting. I wish more programs like these were highlighted especially at the high school level when students are making a decision on how they're going to pursue their passions and careers. Options are so important and I wish more people could know about programs like this
