Network Security for Church Production
Church Production Magazine: Look around any room and you’ll see a number of devices that are network-capable, beyond just computers. Thermostats, light fixtures, appliances, TVs, and more are now standard residents of an expanding repertoire of “IOT” (Internet of Things) devices. This is also readily true in the production space as well.

I'm not the largest fan of Megachurches. But honestly without them, we really wouldn't have some advances in the industry. While I believe they represent the largest struggle with religion. Representing the profit that many are trying to make off of people's faith. It's nice to see how people have taken the Christan faith and modernized it, and now because of that, there are more and more jobs for us that design and engineer these events. They are also now one of the largest supporter's of VMD becoming an aspect of live events. They are most frequently designating video and media design as a specific aspect for their events now. Likely because a lot of the events at churches like Crossroads for example are broadcasted live. So theres a much greater desire for video designers there, and because of that I think they've also had a bigger push for more networking technology. Which is why this article exists today. Churches also have tons of used equipment that they try to get rid of. Which is great for people like me who like to collect different pieces for my own projects.
