Christie to sell video processing business to former owners

AV Magazine: Christie is to sell its broadcast and professional video business to its former owners Clark Williams and Jeff Wilson. The company announced an agreement in principle to sell the business to Vista PHX Crop, a new firm created by the former Vista Systems owners and industry veterans.
