4 New DeWalt Products Coming Out In 2026 That Aren't Power Tools

www.slashgear.com: It would be nearly impossible for any hardware manufacturer to make and sell every single type of tool available, which is why there are always tools that one brand makes that another doesn't. For instance, there are Milwaukee tools you won't find from DeWalt, including common devices like soldering irons and more innovative tools, like the Drain Cleaning Air Gun.

As much as I know Ben Carter hates DeWalt with every fiber of his being, there are a few products here that look a little interesting. The remote controlled laser level could be incredibly helpful in a load in, and would be good for quick, easy, and accurate adjustments. The multiport battery charger could be helpful in something like an outdoor theatre, where trying to get electricity out to a place is inconvenient, but it also might just be a scam where you could just use normal chargers instead and there is no real difference. The autonomous downward drilling robot is probably just a little bit of overkill for a theatrical setting, I think if you need to drill a ton of holes into a ground surface you should probably try to come up with a different solution that does not damage the structural integrity of the theater that you are in.

While it is true that I have made it my life's mission to personally fight DeWalt, I have to admit that there was some intriguing stuff in this article. The 4 amp multi-port charger didn't seem to be anything special, beyond just being DeWalt's newest charger. And I was really surprised that the 15-amp Power Controller wasn't a standard power strip and could actually only power one of its plug-ins at a time. Even for DeWalt, this seems to be a weird move. While I understand that it is specifically for their chargers, that may have been more helpful as a specific mode as opposed to the whole setup. What really intrigued me from this article was the Autonomous Downward Drilling Robot. It's crazy to think that some people could be working on a job-site with a robot right next to them. While I am always concerned about people relying more and more on technology, it seems like this could save a lot of time and money. And it would give me a full-size target to fight.
