Ann Foley on 'mission suit' secrets in Godzilla vs. Kong costume design

I will be 100% honest and say that I have not seen this or any of the preceding movies that are talked about in this article. However I love the concept of hidden Easter eggs in costumes, which is what drew me into the article. And now connecting the dots that the same designer worked on Agents of SHIELD, it makes sense. However even not knowing any of the references that the Easter eggs speak to in this movie, I can still tell how much work the designer put into them. And I can appreciate the impact that the little details like that will add on for the fans and die hard fans of his movie and franchise. Partly because I know how much those little additions can mean to me when they are a part of a fictional world that I love. The little details like that are what make it all cohesive and seem like it is a real universe with real connections, rather than a bunch of related films.
