I think that more initiatives like this are really important for the future of theater and a super useful educational tool. Bringing students into the theater to see shows offers an educational opportunity to do something different and exciting an dengage students. With a show like &Juliet, it can be used in conjunction with teaching Shakespeare, and whether or not you believe &Juliet is good, it does provide an opportunity to engage students in their learning. The most important part of programs like this, though, is to inspire young people to love theater. I know so many people who have gotten into performing arts because they had the opportunity to see a show, and it inspired them. Bringing new people into the theater is essential because it both creates the next generation of theater makers and inspires lifelong fans of theater, who will continue to see and support shows throughout their lives.

First off I think that &Juliet on Broadway is one of the most representation that I've seen on Broadway in a long time from seeing actors from all different races genders as well as seeing characters from different sexualities and genders It is so beautiful to see that story told on such a big stage that is why it makes it such a beautiful story for children to come see I think it is so important for these children to see that women and people of different races, abilities, and sexualites have been part of changing our world since the beginning we may have gotten rights way too late in time the world may have started accepting us way too late in time but this show shows us that even when the world tells us no these women were still creating change still doing amazing things, still telling beautiful stories and children deserve to see that. So this company is driving their initiative to get these tickets to these schools, which is such an amazing thing, and I'm so happy to see initiatives like this.

This is so cool! I am so glad that & Juliet is doing this program! With theatre getting more and more expensive, it is getting increasingly important to have discounted ticket programs. I know & Juliet is a controversial musical, but I really enjoyed it! I saw & Juliet when it was on tour in Houston. It was just so fun to watch. They use lots of popular songs and have an amazing production! I feel like all of the costumes, scenic, light, and media are just so cohesive. I definitely disagree with the hate. It is a twist on the well known story of Romeo and Juliet that spreads a great message in such an entertaining way. It is not the deepest show ever, however you do not leave the theatre in a state of depression. I think this is such a great show for students, as it absolutely has the potential to inspire the next generation of theatre artists!
