Something that I found interesting about this situation is how digital artwork is being portrayed in a museum environment. I generally think of digital work as being viewed online or on small computer screens, rather than being projected at a large scale in a conventional museum environment. I think that this is a very interesting way to show how digital art can fall into the same category as conventional paintings. Another thing I found interesting about the way that this art is displayed is that it is projected rather than being displayed in a large format display. Projection involves finding a way to direct the beam through the air, rather than having the surface emit the light. I have heard good things about Barco, and I am sure that they have ideas around this issue, whether that be super short through lenses, rear projection, or something else. I also wonder what the projection surfaces are.
