GoldDerby: “The scale got bigger and bigger,” admits Kasia Walicka Maimone about the ambitious second season of the HBO drama series “The Gilded Age.” The costume designer says she and her team of designers “stepped up the efforts” for the new batch of episodes, and they were able to meet the challenge successfully because they had already refined “the vocabulary of Season 1… the characters were developed, the worlds were developed.”
