InPark Magazine: Dolby Laboratories (DLB) today announced that Ray Dolby, an American inventor recognized around the world for developing groundbreaking audio technologies, died today at his home in San Francisco, at the age of 80. Dr. Dolby had been living with Alzheimer’s Disease in recent years, and was diagnosed in July of this year with acute leukemia.

An inspiring story because one man decided to reject passivity and lead courageously. He took his life by the reins and fought for it. It is incredible the awards and honors that this man achieved during his lifetime. What else to say, the article was encouraging to keep striving and moving forward. It is obvious that this man never gave up, followed his dreams, and truly strove to discover and develop his passions.
