What Is Apple Keyframer?

Lifehacker: 2024 might be the year of AI innovations from Apple. First, all rumors point to iOS 18 being an artificial intelligence update; then, the company publishes an open-source AI image editor. Now, just a week after that news, Apple is out with another AI application—this time, a program that can create an animation from a single still frame, called Keyframer.

THIS IS SO COOL. I think that AI obviously has a lot of backlash to it because it is preventing people from actually sitting down and learning all of the nitty gritty tasks but it is so helpful in some ways. This is interesting to me because lets say someone knows how to code but not to the extent of making an animation, then they use this new tool and they can learn from the code it gives you how it works to make the animation and use this tool to make their own animation or even more complicated code in the future. I really like this idea because I think it lets people become more creative in what they can create because there is no learning block now that they do not need to know how to code to make an animation from their drawing. I like that you can also tell the AI to change the background because this means it can do harder tasks and can use the information to help the animation come to life.
