Public art is such an important part of our culture and it is great that many cities and towns understand how art has a place in all of our lives. Video art is a good way to present ideas and visions to a large audience because we all understand the digital image. We are constantly bombarded with them but now people can see it in a new way. Video art is not necessarily interactive but it is not static and this is how people find a way to relate.
