Live Entertainment Expo TOKYO
LightSoundJournal.com: The 7th edition of Live Entertainment Expo TOKYO recently came to a close, amidst a rather “tense” world climate due to the now infamous Coronavirus. Despite this “emergency”, it seemed to us that the public, mostly national, responded with enthusiasm and appreciation of the format that Live Entertainment Expo has conceived and then perfected over the years.

Attending a live event expo is most certainly on my bucket list. I constantly find myself discovering more and more live event expos and yet have never been able to attend one. This event in Tokyo is actually a really important step for how the coronavirus is being dealt with internationally. While Tokyo is not the epicenter for the disease, a threat still looms. This is an even bigger deal this year due to the fact that the summer Olympics are being held in Tokyo this year. There have been many organizations and exhibitions that have been canceled as a precaution to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. I think this was a smart move for japan because it helped raise the public trust. After Japan has cases of the virus on a cruise ship that was quarantined for a week, people began getting nervous about what the Olympics and other events with large numbers of people would mean for the spread of the virus.
