One of the very few positive effects of the COVID-19 virus is that the flexibility in working environment is being reviewed. Although many companies have been promoting work style reforms for the past few years, the progress was slow because it was not a top priority. However, companies are now forced to rapidly adjust their institutional structure and the system operation. I am not familiar with a virtual private network and the cloud security, but I think it should not be impossible for most of the existing work tasks to be completed at any place. That being said, I can imagine how difficult the situation is for people who were not ready for this. I mean, this was surely something no-one had been expecting, but I am sure big companies do have some kind of countermeasures. On the other hand, some people can only hope that there would be no one taking advantage of the worldwide incident. But unfortunately, there will certainly be.
