Below the Line: Paula Wagner will produce the 5th Annual Governors Awards for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award and three Honorary Awards will be presented to Angelina Jolie, Angela Lansbury, Steve Martin and Piero Tosi, respectively, Nov. 16, at the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center.
