The Tartan Online: Carnegie Mellon’s division of Environmental Health and Safety released a CMU Alert iPhone application last Tuesday in order to provide students with accessible information and resources during emergency situations. CMU Alert is available through the iTunes store and can be found, with descriptions of its features, at cmu.edu/alert.
