www.popularmechanics.com: When something breaks or needs to be installed, having a handyman in your life is lucky. Whether it’s a parent, friend, or neighbor who comes calling to help patch a wall or fix an outlet, they’ve got you covered. With the holidays approaching, now’s your chance to cover them with a nice gift that says, “Thank you, and… until next time.”

I am not really a handy but I do help my dad build things as well as build sets for shows and honestly I could use some of these tools. I really like the cordless screwdriver and it would be so helpful, even now. I could have definitely used the broken bolt and screw extractor at my home theatre since some people can’t use a drill to save their lives and I always end up having to dig out stripped screws and that tool would have made my life a million times easier. Definitely could’ve used the velcro extension cord hangers too since 98% of the lighting cables are hung up by tie line and a screw on a piece of strapping screwed to the wall. I LOVE THE DEWALT KNEE PADS. I need a pair of those because I am usually the one on the floor screwing things in and i tend to kneel when I am working instead of sitting.
