I didn’t know much about world expos before reading this, but I was actually pretty interested in how much creativity and planning go into them. My grandmother and aunt went to the expo and told me how amazing it was to experience all the different pavilions, so learning more about it helped me understand why they enjoyed it so much. I was surprised by how thoughtfully the U.S. pavilion was designed. It’s really cool how BRC wasn’t just creating displays, but building an emotional experience that would make sense to visitors from all over the world. The idea of using a character like Spark to guide guests through the story feels clever and welcoming, especially for families. I also didn’t realize how much technical work goes into dramatic moments like the rocket launch scene with huge LED walls and smoke effects. All the effort behind these pavilions is impressive, and it makes me want to see how other countries designed theirs too.
