However, just a short boat ride away from the buzzy red-carpet film screenings on the island of Lido is another, smaller, island a little more experimental in its storytelling formats. This is Isola del Lazzaretto Vecchio, or as it’s affectionately known during the festival, “Venice Immersive Island.”
