Unfortunately, Hilti hadn’t released their ProKit Modular Tool Storage system yet. Although they weren’t in time for the latest update, Hilti is coming hot out of the gate, and they mean business.

This seems like a pretty nice case system. The only case system I've ever used extensively is Milwaukee Packout, and it was OK, but I had my problems with it. I really like that Hilti designed a way to latch the cases together without sliding. With Milwaukee Packout, you need to slide the case forward or back to latch and unlatch it, and it's kind of a frustrating motion. Hilti's solution is pretty elegant and looks a lot more comfortable to do. It's the same with attaching the carrier to a stack of cases. With Milwaukee Packout, or at least the ones that I worked with, the bottom cases were always attached to the carrier, and it got cumbersome sometimes. I also like how the lids automatically latch when they’re shut. I have pretty limited experience with Hilti as a brand, but I would be willing to give these cases a go.
