Well, well, well. A DeWalt specific review. Who doesn't love a good DeWalt tool. Me. That's who. Especially when the article refers to this tool as God's gift to the contractor. Bragging about the "5,500" RPM motor. "Wow! That's really some rotations per minute!" WRONG! If you put more than two minutes of effort you could see that Milwaukee also has a new model of circular saw. Which, to everyone's surprise, also happens to be 7 1/4. Who could have guessed that two of the top leading tool brands both have new circular saws of the same size. Truly a wild coincidence. If you look at the specs of Milwaukee's new circular saw, they boast 6,300 RPM, an entire 800 RPM of improvement. And the best part, the article makes a big deal about the magical 396 cuts the saw can make on one charge. Which is absolutely floored by the Milwaukee's 700 cuts. Almost double the damage. Any way you spin it, DeWalt has always been, and will always be, just a crappy brand that rides on their stupid yellow reputation.
