Las Vegas Review-Journal: The Kats! Bureau at this writing is Luxor Theater, positioned behind acclaimed Vegas show producer Anita Mann and her dog, George. I’ve experienced a slightly unsettling sense of deja vu while walking through the entrance the venue. The promenade still bears the graffiti art, fake manhole covers and even empty gift shop from Cirque’s failed “R.U.N” production.
