I actually really enjoyed this article because when I think of Russian performance art I automatically think of ballet. It was nice to see the types of theater that Russia is producing, especially because their outlook on the world is so different than ours. One of the first things that caught my eye was the photo from the first play of the two people talking and projections of their body were coming out of them. It looked like the projections were essentially holograms of their upper bodies and I am amazed by the amount of technical work that must have gone into that scene. The ideas behind these plays and the work and thought put in shows in the photos that were selected for this article. One of the other things that caught my eye was the name "Anton Chekhov" because I have read and worked on some of his pieces before but I have never fully explored him. The pictures next to his two plays in this article kind of make me want to read them especially the "Three sisters" one.
