World of Warcraft Cosplayer Makes Epic Cosplay Wings Tutorial

Cosplay Central: Plexi Cosplay took the cosplay stage by storm in 2019 when she debuted her Darksiders 3 cosplay at New York Comic Con. Now, she's back and better than ever with her new World of Warcraft cosplay and even a full tutorial on how to make cosplay wings.

I have such a massive respect for cosplayers. Their costumes are so intricate and they need to be so creative when it comes to their materials so they aren't too heavy, and they sometimes create costumes that light up or move, which blows my mind. Cosplayers that go to conventions have the added challenge of walking around for hours, staying in character, and dealing with other people (I don't even want to think about how much of a nightmare children can be). These wings are beautiful, and it makes me wish cosplay got more respect as an artform. Adam Savage has an amazing TED talk on a Spirited Away cosplay he did and how it made him appreciate cosplayers more than before. People like him who are big names in theatrical design and building really appreciating and being inspired by cosplayers makes me so happy, because they definitely deserve the love.
