Epson Projectors for Projection Mapping at Electric Forest 2019
www.livedesignonline.com: When walking onto the grounds of Electric Forest in Rothbury, MI, you can instantly feel the vibe is different from other music festivals. Electric Forest seems to be much more than just a music festival; it is an experience. One of the biggest attractions of Electric Forest, aside from the music artists, is the Sherwood Forest. Click through the slideshow to learn more about the focal point of Electric Forest Music Festival.

I think that it is incredible how advanced projection mapping has become and how amazing it looks. I think it's interesting how they are able to make the colors look so vivid in these kinds of environments since they don't really know how dark it will be or if it will be raining beforehand. I think that it some places, and music festivals might be one of them, projections are way better than physical sets since they can be easily changed to match the mood of what's happening on stage. I think that projections also have a sort of wow factor since they are so new to the game. I wonder if projections will start to replace physical sets at music festivals or if this is more like a one time thing. I also wonder if all of the projectors is actually less expensive than making all physical sets since those machines can become very expensive.
