This is a timely investigation into the ticketing industry. I cant exactly understand as to why it is that these two senators call for the investigation but I do understand their concern with such a decree, but is there anything that suggests this is a problem, or is it just about them trying to figure that out? These are important things to learn and publish in an article as it gives the necessary context as to where this is coming from. As for what has been going on so far and the responses produced by the primary suspected companies, It is hard to think that Live Nation would willingly participate in a such a problem. Having been to a couple of their events in the past it does appear that they choose venues that appropriately fit the event and clearly make an effort to find a venue that the patrons/event goers want. In other words, they listen to the requests/complaints, etc. of the event goers. Ticket Master sends a compelling statement, but it is hard to speak for them as they don’t come into the limelight like Live Nation does. Whichever way this investigation goes, I am curious as to what is determined.
