Maltz Jupiter Theatre opens its season with a fantastic rendition of the comedy "Born Yesterday."
www.palmbeachillustrated.com: Born Yesterday premiered on Broadway in 1946 but feels oddly relevant to today’s political climate. Corrupt business interests in Washington, an enlightened female standing up for herself, the threat of revealing seedy dealings in the newspaper—sound familiar?

This show sounds like a show I would love to see! This review has nothing bad to say about the show and the actors and the design, and from the images available, the set looks absolutely beautiful. Since the play takes place in a fancy, rich hotel, that sounds like a set I would love to design, and now that I've learned about masking, the masking for this show looks like it fits in perfectly with the set, and I don't think it could look better. I like working on shows like this, with an all-star cast and a comedic script so this would be a show I would love to work on in the future and possibly add my own design twist to. All in all, the review was fairly simple and highly complimentary of the show, but the review itself lacked a little bit of substance. My favorite part was definitely the images from the show.
