Stage Directions: For years TDF has been the gateway for millions and millions of people to view Broadway and Off-Broadway shows at discounted prices, opening the world of theatre to them. Now they’re making it easier for people to experience an even larger world of theatre. After four years of offering discounted Off-Off-Broadway tickets to TDF members online via the “Off-Off@$9” program, TDF is offering the same program—tickets to Off-Off Broadway shows for $9, plus a $1 service fee—to all theatre lovers, whether they are members of TDF or not. Interested theatregoers can register for an account at www.tdf.org, choose from a list of Off-Off-Broadway shows, and purchase theatre tickets for less than a ticket to the movies.
