‘Spider-Man’ Producers Sue Taymor for Breach

NYTimes.com: Using caustic private e-mails as weapons, the producers of the popular Broadway musical “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark” marshaled a muscular counteroffensive in federal court in Manhattan on Tuesday against a lawsuit by Julie Taymor, the $75 million show’s former director. In it they essentially seek to erase Ms. Taymor from the “Spider-Man” universe going forward.
