What was refreshing about this article was the way that the attitude of putting on a performance was embodied. Deciding to go through with a show was a reaction, a break from everyday life, and something that people could get excited about. The monetary aspects to the show were a second priority to getting the actual show together and bringing people in that shared a common love for the theater. I'm so happy that things like this just happen. There are a group of really talented people out there and finding each other to do something like this and having them raise money is simply fantastic. It is a really great cause and they have a lot of freedom when they choose to run in this way. No one is interrupting the initial artistic flow of the play and the production additions seem to be fairly spur of the moment. It creates a challenge and a common goal for these strangers, friends, or long lost connections. I wish them the best of luck and hope that it was everything that they hoped for.
