Who Makes the Best Tools 2022: Brands for Pro Tradesmen & More

www.protoolreviews.com: Over the past few months, we’ve been surveying our audience to see who makes the best tools. The answer, of course, is it depends. The best ratchet is likely made by a different brand than the best drill. You can break it down into trades, tool classes, power sources and so much more.

As was stated in the article, tool brands are a highly personal choice and everyone has their brand loyalty. I, for one, will always stand by Miluakee. I have never bought a bad Milwaukee tool in my life, I grew up using Milwaukee tools, and unless there is a tool revolution I expect to stand by them until the day I die. In terms of hand tools I was shocked that Knipex came in first. I also have huge loyalty to Klien. I was raised with a belief that Klien is the best, I have a relative that works in the Klien line, and I have never bought or received a bad tool from them. Their tools last generations (literally), although we shall see how the newer ones hold up. I do agree that Hilti makes excellent hand held saws (circular saws for example), however I am less familiar with them. DeWalt is excellent however I have never gotten into their tools based on all the Milwaukee tools I have, I don’t want to worry about batteries. Something that was not mentioned was Ryobi. Although they may not be the best products for professionals, they make great products for home usage at a great price and don’t break easily, although anything requiring a battery from them is terrible. However, I love their miter saws.
