I have genuinely been curious how the tv industry and the entertainment industry is going to recover from this pandemic particularly the tv industry. Cable tv loves competition show from singing to dancing to just random stuff so watching these shows move forward has definitely made me nervous yet curious on how they will combat the virus. I have watched a couple of Dancing with the Stars episodes and noticed that they are filling in with fake audience members however that’s the only Covid measure I have seen be taken. Singing competition shows have definitely been one of the competitions I have been more curious about due to the sheer amount of people that are one the show, the amount of production and post production it takes, and the sharing of microphones. I’m happy to see that this article took account microphone situations and has a genuine plan to keep everyone safe. I also like to see that these shows are taking the contestants and judges into consideration and not just viewership to make money. The thing I respected the most is that there seemed to be a genuine care for the production team and how the show should be edited.
