It is always encouraging to see the industry trying to keep the tools, interfaces and communications updated. Just like many specialized gears in the shop, this survey is one of the many branches that split from the mainstream of the working process. The more this kind of branches, and more specific they are, means this industry is more complete and well-rounded. To extend the coverage of our work in the theater generates a great amount of innovative momentum among the people involved. Also it opens more positions available to the professionals outside the theatrical world, thus stimulates the cycle of investment and expense, making the industry stronger and more professionalized. The programmers using such kind of the console are not a large group even we put all of them across the world together as an entity. It is really a great sign of industry moving forward that they published a survey.
