After reading this article and many like this, anything that happens wrong in the eyes of the audience can ruin their experience. You can put on an amazing show, but one thing that might not have been your fault can ruin the entire experience. Maybe 10 years ago this problem wouldn't have happened but now it's different due to the multiple shootings happening everywhere which demands public places to have more safety all around. Now with things changing and more rules being set, public places have to create new systems where experiences like what happened at this concert won't happen again. This is also seen in other places too away from the theaters such as schools, shopping malls, restaurants, amusements parks etc. In doing so it shows how much the world is changing and what path we're on.
