I think reading this article creates a person to person connection and helps to understand from someones else point of view how they made it into the business. Being someone who wants to make a career in this industry this was very helpful in figuring out from someone's own experiences on how they think of the industry and what their overall goals are in their career. Also with hearing Hailey's opinions on the best advice and worst advice, she helps many people, such as myself, to gain more knowledge on how to move up in the business. Also, I like how the webpage included pictures of her lighting designs so anyone reading the article can have a bigger person to person connection by seeing their work along with reading their personal experiences and goals.
