The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)

Pittsburgh in the Round: Propped upon a music stand, “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare” resembles a holy text and its spartan backdrop, a reliquary. The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) on the other hand, reveres the Bard just as often as it mocks him, making it a religious parody of sorts. And who is more appropriate than the Jesters’ Guild to poke fun at the man of “Infinite Jest?” (Or would that be Horatio Foster Wallace?)
