The Muppets Most Wanted: Set and Costume Visit
clothesonfilm.com: It was Monday 5th March 2013 and a significant portion of the UK were suffering freak snow storms causing power cuts and travel chaos. Thankfully Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire (about an hour’s drive outside of Central London) remained unaffected. Obviously this was good for lots of reasons, but mainly because it did not interrupt Clothes on Film’s planned set visit to The Muppets Most Wanted which at the time was shooting there.

I like how this article wasn't just on the new movie but about the process of making the movie. It focused on the costumes and set on a Muppets movie which was neat. I am impressed by the process they use for dressing puppets. I had guessed that they just slipped on the clothes like dolls, but it turns out that they actually stitch the puppet inside it. I'm sure that makes a cleaner cut looking outfit than the crappy velcro put on dolls' clothes these days.
This is too cute for words and so here is a blank. ______________________________ Anyway, I always loved the Muppets and I especially love how real they are. Making costumes for them must be so much fun! Miss Piggy is always so classy, she looks better than most celebrities that you see walking the red carpet! Clothes on Film is a great blog because the bloggers are so good at making an enjoyable read. Her conversations with Miss Piggy are great! I can't wait for the movie to come out (and if it already has, well how would I have known, I live in a bubble...)!
