Stage Directions: The United Performing Arts Fund, the umbrella fundraising group that supports arts orgs in southeastern Wisconsin, has announced how it will distribute funds during its 2013-2014 year. The UPAF raised more than $8.3 million, the bulk of which ($8.1million) will go to the Fund’s 15 member groups. The remaining portion will be distributed among the Fund’s 23 affiliates. The biggest recipients include Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, which will receive $1.2 million, and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra which will receive $2.3 million.
