This was very helpful to me as a DP having yet to pick out a multitool. From the information provided in the article I would probably choose what they deemed to be the best overall tool, the Victorinox SwissTool Spirit X. Yes there are other tools that were listed as being things like best value, or best knife, but the best overall was the Victorinox SwissTool Spirit X. As a DP I know I am going to be needing a multitool for the better part of four years so I need one that will sustain me for all four years of being a DP. The struggle has been real in finding one as I wanted to get one I knew would be perfect for me but I didn't really know what to get so this article was very helpful in finally ending my search for a multitool to buy.

How fascinating. I know very little about multi-tools. I feel like they are all kind of the same thing, but this article proved me wrong and educated me on the inner workings of the multi tool industry. It was quite a fascinating article to skim through and look at all of the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the multi tool I have made it on the list. I did think the pros and cons sections for each tool were a little small. I feel like just by looking at them, I could tell you more than 2 pros and 1 con for each multi tool. I do not know if someone got lazy or if that was their intention to make the pros and cons so simple, but I was not a fan. I did like that they included the size, weight, material, and number of tool functions for each, too, because I felt like that allowed you to more accurately compare them.
