This is not new or inventive. I have seen projection based immersive dining experiences before. And there have been a million dinning experiences that have been based on the elements of earth, water, air, and fire. Aether was a new element that I had not heard used in the context of the natural elemental world. I don’t know that I quite understand it even after some light research. It is an interesting idea though. I am always a big fan of elemental themes, I do not know why. However, in a dining setting I feel like it is over done. Also in the pictures on the article, the food did not even look like super cool which I feel like to match the projections it would have needed to be. Like the water one was just fish. The air was was just foam on top of duck. Like come on, you could have been more creative than that.
