Playbill: Real Women Have Curves premiered as a play by Josefina López in 1990. It also was adapted into a 2002 film. The title is now a new Broadway musical, and according to its cast, this story about a young Latina trying to follow her dreams while working in a sewing factory in Los Angeles remains as important as ever.
